Chandmani LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ZuragAI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: email address and authentication credentials.
• Photos you upload: images you choose to process in the App.
• Generated images: AI-transformed results created from your uploaded photos.
• Purchase data: subscription and credit transactions processed through QPay. We do not store your bank or card details; those details are handled by QPay.
• Usage and device data: app interactions, device type, operating system version, crash logs, and analytics used to improve, secure, and troubleshoot the App.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the App's core feature: transforming photos you upload using AI.
• To manage your account, credits, purchases, and subscriptions.
• To deliver generated images and maintain your generation history.
• To improve, secure, debug, and troubleshoot the App.
• To communicate important service, account, or policy updates.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate images, the photos you upload and the style options you select are sent to and processed by Google's Gemini API, provided by Google LLC, solely to produce the result you request. We request your explicit consent in the App before sending any photo to this service.

Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated images to train AI models.

4. Storage and Retention

• Uploaded and generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 so we can deliver results to you.
• You can delete generated images from within the App at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 7.
• We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the App, including:

• Google LLC for Gemini AI image processing.
• Cloudflare for image storage and delivery through Cloudflare R2.
• QPay for payment processing.
• Google Firebase (Google LLC) for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications used to monitor and improve the App.

These providers process data only to perform services for us or as otherwise described in their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to help protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your data, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable. To delete your account and associated data, use the in-app delete option or contact us at support@zuragai.app. We aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by another appropriate method.
